Road Block with List View delimeter

Trying to import information from text file to list view. The data in this file is csv format. However inside the description part of one of the fields are commas. So when i do:

StringReplace($line[$x], ",", "|")oÝ÷ Øè­×«~â¶Ú,z«j×¢Ú¢[¦È­²H©¦Ëay׬r¸©¶*'²ØZ¶¯yÊ&«"Ø^-êÞj|°k&«¢éݶ¬êÞÆ¥w®­çn®¢Ü®x§«¨¶«¨·m*ºjºuÓý{ÿm4ë~9ãs̪ê-ªê->¸§¶«¨¶«¨´!
L}6Û­ªºjºM¢wªºjºMLäHM=Ù&LC*ºjºO®)íz°ë÷«òÚ±êÉzÞ5ÓD®'¬
