I need a progress bar that starts full and goes down very slowly and when you press a button it goes back full.

Thanks in advance.

It seems that you are requesting a lot of information at the same time in multiple posts before looking through the helpfile yourself. I recommend doing just that before posting further.

Besides that, you answer my questions like a 12-year-old that is answering a teacher in class. The question was a "retorical" one, meaning it was not meant to have a response. It was meant to get you to think on your own and thereby come up with the answer to your own question.

LOL. Both Fossil Rock and xcal are ASSUMING that he wants to set the status of a progressbar on a GUI. Have either of you considered that he may want ProgressSet?

Oh good point. In that case...

$path = RegRead('HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AutoIt v3\AutoIt', "InstallDir")
$find = 'ProgressSet'

Run($path & '\AutoIt3Help.exe ' & $find)

You know what's really funny .... I wasn't even aware of the function ProgressSet.... thanks, I might be able to use that sometime.

Agreement is not necessary - thinking for one's self is!
