ADODB problem

$conn = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; Data Source="&@ScriptDir&"\test.mdb;"
$fee = ObjCreate("ADODB.Connection")
$fee.Open($conn)

When then access file without a password it can be run normally

but if the file has a password it can not be run

error info:

d:\date\test.au3 (104) : ==> The requested action with this object has failed.:

i tried to use

"Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; Data Source="&@ScriptDir&"\test.mdb;password=pass"

the error info is same to that

how can i let it run ?
