I'd start by looking at Burrup's time UDFs to see if they fit your needs. If not, try searching the forum for terms like +time +calculations to see if you get any hits. The forum is huge, so you'll probably find prewritten code to do what you want. If you don't find anything, post back here (letting us know what you've tried) and I'm sure we can help you out.
