I have been searching and searching and searching... ;)

the forum how to convert .jpg to .bmp but didnt find it

pls help

you might see of there is a dll that comes with gimp<gimp.org> that can do this.

OK!

What can i use in my program I want to patent and sell?

Then help me understand how to do that when

usualy they ask for complete source code

i allready have pictview but dont know if i may use it in my program freely
