Hi,

I was wondering if there was a function in autoit to automatically send mail (like perl's sendmail function/module). I had a look/search and all I could find was to open default mail client program. I know how to do this, but is there a way to send mail automatically? maybe someone wrote a sendmail program using TCP functions?

Thanks for any help!

_InetSmtpMail() .. ;)

Thanks, that seems to work, except it doesnt support server with authentication (yahoo) or different ports (gmail). I've had a look at _INetSmtpMailCom but doesnt seem to work (probably because im using windows xp).

Any other solutions?

EDIT:sorry..._INetSmtpMailCom does work..i just didnt read the whole thread.thanks ppl!
