GEOSoft Posted November 28, 2006 Posted November 28, 2006 thxIf you're using it to close a window then why not look at the windows managment in the help file?If WinExists('Window name') Then WinWaitClose('WindowName')Also look atAutoItSetOption('WinTitleMatchMode') George Question about decompiling code? Read the decompiling FAQ and don't bother posting the question in the forums.Be sure to read and follow the forum rules. -AKA the AutoIt Reading and Comprehension Skills test.*** The PCRE (Regular Expression) ToolKit for AutoIT - (Updated Oct 20, 2011 ver:3.0.1.13) - Please update your current version before filing any bug reports. LxP Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 GEOSoft's advice is almost correct. WinWaitClose() will wait until the specified window no longer exists, but it won't actually attempt to close it. You need to perform the two operations together:WinClose('The Window') WinWaitClose('The Window')
