Invert Colours?

I tryed the first script there, Didnt work, So I tryed the one Larry posted, Didnt work either, It just returns 1. But doesnt do anything. Any ideas?

Oh, And an example of what im looking for would be

Start > Run > Magnify

Once thats up, Check "Invert Colors".

Thats what im looking for. ( Without the magnify part )

Thanks. Now I just have to figure out how I would invert everything within a rectangle.
