Collecting icons in a single file

Any ideas how to collect icons in mabay a dll file.

I would like to ad a file which includes the icons or event pics, I want to use.

So I can refer to that file and there is no need for a icon folder or include this include that.

Would it be possible?

You need to get an icon editing progam that allows you to save discreet icons into a .dll or .icl file.
