Editing Bookmarks/Favorites

My Kids change one of my Favorite Bookmarks to another part of a site. How can I create a program that will go and edit the bookmark and place it to the one I want. Also if they happen to delete it I would like to have it put back. I would like to do this for both IE and Firefox since these are my 2 most used programs
