Progress Bar From Scratch

Decided to play around with this a little, not sure if I'll take farther.

Might even help with getting information from external Progress Bar(s)

Edit: Will probably need the _Mem* (by PaulIA) functions added to _GUICtrlProgressGetRange function if used on external control

Very neat!

I found a ref on comctl32.dll as I wanted to create an alternative to progress bars but could never figure out how it works, so all the better for learning it!
