is there any other " run "

I tried to use run to open a freq display exe file but it says failed to load dll . what should i do ?

run("c:\FreqDsp.exe")

There is another exe file failed to load also ( it pops the window but then it disappear..this is a monitor program file) .....I wonder if there is any alternative way to run a exe file or any else option to add in?

Yes it works when i double click on the file but if i use run it wont open it says it cant load dll file
