Deepfreeze help

I am trying to auto deepfreeze so we can send a rip to unfreeze the computers. the problem is that you have to hold down ALT+CTRL+SHIFT +F6 to bring up the window to unfreeze it . i am have problems writeing the vb code to bring up the window.

send(what goes here) to bring up the window please help
