Nothing wrong with that ... only Secure really needs to start think about the process more and stop posting every bump he hits.

Not sure if that's the case ... in general this rule applies: "Action gives reaction" ...

In this case I felt it didn't contribute and was a bit patrionizing so gave my op pinion ... You are welcome to disagree with it ... its a free world .

Well, ThatsGreat, it works properly and doesnt destroy anything.

no totally true:

$DocEd1 = GUICtrlSetData($DocEd1, StringReplace($sReadEdit, $2Find, $ReplaceWith))

This statement would distroy the Control handle for the Edit Control and you would not be able to do anything with it anymore.

.. enough say about this all .....
