Creating a new GUI window displays folder contents

Is it possble to create a GUI window that displays the contents of a folder on the users drive? I'm trying to create a window that shows the files in it but doesn't give the users any options you would usually see when going the Explorer route....just a GUI window with a title and the icons in it.

Any ideas?
