mabsey
I've looked and looked for this but just can't find it. How do you handle mouse clicks in Autoit? Basically if I have an internet explorer window open, I want the script to just wait until the mouse is clicked and then minimize the IE window? Is this easy to do? Thanks Mabsey
sugi
AutoIt cannot catch mouse clicks, so currently there's no way to do this.
mabsey
Ok, I've figured out what I need to do and want to run this by people. When the Status Bar Text changes I need to minimize the Internet Explorer window. I suspect I've got to assign the Statusbartext to a variable and then run a loop to keep checking it, or is it easier than that? Mabsey

Just be sure to add in a short sleep command, otherwise your poor CPU will work hundreds of times per second checking that variable, which probably isn't what you want. A 100 ms sleep works well.
