Displaying sound frequency

I'm almost certain that this is impossible, but what the heck. Can AutoIt detect the frequency of a sound? I.e. music played on the computer or a person talking through a microphone.

I don't want to sound impatient but after 4 hours, it would be nice to see a simple yes or no

Not impossible, but I would think very difficult to do, I`v seen autoit code to get the volume of a sound, but not the frequency, sorry.

I think CyberZeroCool made a Sound visualizer, I think it used frequency
