This should show you how to get the co-ordinates of a specified color, you can then use those co-ordinates to simulate a click on that region.

Using the piece of information returned by that function together with the function which doesthe mouse-clicking part*, you should've been satisfied. * - search in the helpfile using the two most logical words you can make up, or follow the just as logicalstructure of the helpfile to find out the mysterious name of this function.
