I don't want to recreate the download portion, just how you can select one and it goes blue:

firefox uses an own control to do this

in autoit i would go for listview (PaulIA Auto3Lib) , create with icon (imagelist) and set selection to item..

Ya that's what I figured (I do a similar thing on my website to highlight buttons), I was just hoping there was an easier way.
