Is it possible to remove the menu bar from the windows explorer / file viewer?

If so, I saw a method to place background images inside a folder here: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/365489/what_...urite_pictures/

If you could get rid of the menu bars for folders, then open folders with autoit, you could make a pseudo-multi desktop application pretty easily. Just a random thought.

The sidebars would have to be removed, but I think that it should be pretty easy. I just don't know if the menu bars can be removed for any given folder/window.
