Bert 1,427 Posted January 24, 2007 Asking a reg to help you "joke" someone else's PC is not cool. Now if you want to just physically flip the monitor on his desk....that is your business. dandymcgee 0 Posted January 24, 2007 I remember seeing a script somewhere that mirrored the monitor image (took screen shot and rearranged all of the pixels to the opposite side of the screen horizontally), but I have no idea where it is now... seandisanti 6 Posted January 24, 2007 This can be done without messing with the kernel, and it's not that bad of a joke, i've done it manually to some here at work. alot of newer display drivers allow for rotation of the screen, and you should be able to do it programatically (assuming they have a video adapter and driver that support it). The change could be done by changing in the registry, and then refreshing, or by bringing up display settings and manually clicking through. The second option would be easier to code probably, but the first would look cleaner, although you could just turn the monitor off while using the display properties to update the settings.
