Might want to take a look at _API_GlobalMemStatus() in the A3LWinAPI module of Auto3Lib. It retrieves the same memory stats that you see in Task Manager.

I need this too! Maybe I will have to compile process.exe (from http://www.beyondlogic.org) utility to my script, run it and parse its output...
