autoit can't run on dell laptop ?

I am totally new in this forum and have questions if anyone experienced this before please share

I tried to run sample winzip code on my desktop without any problems, but when I tried the same code on Dell laptop, it opens the winzip and then stop at setup box, I just wonder what is differences ?

i guess its in a other language so the titles don't match
