Get Full Name of a Win98 logged user?

6 posts in this topic

How can i get the full user's name when the logged in user is running 98? I already have an example working for NT-based computers using objget, but that seems to not be working with windows 98....

Have you tried @UserName?

I need this because i have a splash screen which shows info about the logged in user, like username, fullname, logged server, workstation, etc. I have this working with KIX32, and want to use autoit from now on.

Ahhh, I understand now, you want who the Computer is Registered to... Look at WMI, I think JSThePatriot has it in his compinfo.au3 in the scripts and scraps (sorry, in the "Example" forum).
