fisofo Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 Haven't found anything on this yet, but has anyone tried to create scrolling text in a GUI? I'm thinking vertically here, not horizontally, similar to the credits at the end of a movie. I haven't thought of a good way to do it, so I thought I'd toss it to the community

fisofo Posted February 12, 2007 Author Posted February 12, 2007 Maybe creating a read only edit control and then moving it up or down?????yeah, but how would you start it over? I was thinking it would scroll up out of view, then appear at the bottom again... basically looping. Besides, using edit controls would probably look a bit messy for this sort of thing.
