How to you pass a directory and file name to a text control?

How to you pass a directory and file name to a text control? I need to pass a filename, and filepath to a control, how do you do it? Please help me....

Perhaps _PathSplit might help.

You then take that and, using GUICtrlSetData, you can update the data to the control.

Here's and example of it being used:

#include <array.au3>
Dim $szDrive, $szDir, $szFName, $szExt ; creates variables
$TestPath = _PathSplit(@ScriptFullPath, $szDrive, $szDir, $szFName, $szExt) ; gets the info on file
