I need help reading c code i can see there are if an some cases it look as if

That is 1615 lines of C. That is ridiculous. If you have something already written in C, be happy and use it in C because C is faster anyway. Then write an autoit script that controls the C script. This script appears to already have command lines built into it, so compile it and use the command lines to control it with an autoit script. If you need to edit some parts of it to suit your needs, feel free to point them out, but i don't think you will find anybody here with the time to convert all of that code.
