Dll tutorial

Does anyone know of any tutorials on using/hooking to dlls? I know autoit has a function built in for using dlls but does anyone know of any tutorials for using the functions or just about dlls in general that would be awsome.

How is it that you go about finding out what functions are contained inside a dll. Like if i wanted to hook onto a dll of another program how would i go about doing that? and can i manipulate the program by hooking onto the dll while it is in use?

Wow! Thanks for that link. That's a great little app. It'll really help with implementing DLL functions in AutoIt.
