HOST File Network Push

There is a file in the C:\WINNT\System32\Driver\ETC directory in WIN2k called "Host" and can be modified to get rid of Pop Up adds and adware in Internet Explorer,

I have a modified version of this file on a Domain Server and am trying to find out how to push it to the specified directory on all the machines in the domain and do it upon logon to the domain, I know this far simpler than i'm making it and i'm nuking it somwhere along the line.

So bottom line is I need to move a single file from one Server to a specified directory and be done at logon of users
