Creating notepad

Recommended Posts

freeman7

Hello!

I have problems with creating code for file saving.

File is created, but notepad's text is not written in.

Saved file.txt includes only numbers 64.

Should I use some array or something?

Use GuiCtrlRead to read the text from the edit control.

Thanks!

(Feeling shame for not seeing that before... )

I fixed the code a little bit more...

Hope you don't compile that under the name "Notepad.exe" .

Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
