Noob - Rows problems

Hi all. I need help how to change to the next row in a control "DataGridWndClass" (is a grid from a vb program). When I click in this control and go to the next, I need to (esc), down arrow and click left to make the row active. I need to do a loop to find a text and when is found then double mouseclick. Thanks for any help. :">
