Outlook mail and URLs

I utilize the _ielinkgetcollection as part of the ie.au3 utilities within the browser. I have a need to do the same with an opened htlm formatted Outlook emai outside of IE. If someone could privide a sample to loop thru the email to capture it would be appreciated.

I have searched high and low for this and would not ask if not beyond my ability for this type of intereface. Any help will be appreciated.
