Control a windown in another local user account ?

I have two local user account on my computer, i log in to first account , how can i control ( close,minimize..) a windown in second account ? Please help me !

I assume that you want to start another process as another user ?

if so, check out RunAsSet.

if you are already logged in as a user and have stuff running, who knows.
