well autoit code is just plain text, human-readable, and not executable without autoit instead.. so text/autoit3 or text/plain

According to the link that you provided

MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) is an Internet standard for describes message content types.

I cannot see how Autoit fits within this definition, which is why it's extension is not listed.

Although, as mentioned, an AU3 file is just plain text
