Outlook add E-mail Account

Ok here is the question.

I am trying to write a script that will allow a user to type in their email address which will automatically configure their outlook 2003 client. Does anyone have any suggestions or know how I can get this to work. I downloaded a registry file from C-Panel and did exactly (re-created the reg file) in autoit but neither the reg file or the script added the user to my account list. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to mainstream this.
