SciTE/Tools/SciTE Config missing in action

I have no SciTE/Tools/SciTE Config shortcut Ctrl+1, nor SciTE/Tools/Config, nor

C:\Program Files\AutoIt3\SciTE\sciteconfig.exe. No recorder either, tho I downloaded Full Installation all again yesterday from this page:

http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/downloads.php

Could the download file be incomplete?

Excellent, looks like I just had the AutoIt version not the full Scintilla version. Many more tools and options here, recorder too. Great! Already changed the pale blue strings which were hard on my eyes to a dark lavender (darker than numbers).
