Get access to Internet to get info from it

Hi all,

I am wondering, is it possible to get some acces to internet, use the engine of default browser?

For example, if i need to get some info about some url, and the access to internet is with proxy, then i need get the same method that use the browser that installed as default in system...

Or, i need somehow, to get access to internet (InetgetSize etc), but go around any proxy settings, or any others blocking stuff.

I need that my program, will be able to get info from internet and not to be limited by system, Internet Explorer, or proxy settings.

And also, how can i get detail info about certain URL, i am need this info (first 3 have most priority):
