Control Menu with Mouse

Hi All

This forum is so hughe it is hard to find what I'm looking for. So maybe someone can point me to the right direction.

I've managed to open the pop-up menu of a certain sys-tray icon and now I would like to select a menu item with the mouse.

Is there a way to do this?

Any help is really apprechiated.
