Can you calrify a bit? What do you mean by 'send to a dll'. Do you want to append the files binary with data or send a process with a dll loaded into it some information?

I have a dll (I made it) and I want to send the value of certains variables so it can run properly when I will use DllCall.

I want to be able to send information from my script to my dll.

There's just one function in my dll and my $path variable is set to "". My script will send the correct path to the dll.

Perhaps you can use it as an argument of the DllCall() used when callling your dll?

DllCall ( "MyDll.dll","int", "MyDllFunc" , "str", $path)

This assumes your dll function takes a string as an argument.
