Wild Cards?

For an example, in the situation of "Document1 - Microsoft Word"

Am I able to say "* - Microsoft Word"...This did not work for me..I am guessing there is some way of doing this...How would I do this?

I am using it in the situation:

I guessed...Given that not all window titles should not be hard coded...
