WinGetTitle - Special Usage

I know I can use WinGetTile like this:

$title = WinGetTitle("Untitled -", "")

But is there a way I can use WinGetTile like this:

I know the Title of the window that I 'do not' want it to return, so can I have it return another Title besides the one that I already know the Title of?

Any Ideas?

i wouldnt bother wasting my time on such scripts...

ctrl-alt-delete will easily list that.
