Edit the exe's resources?

Can I change an icon with a resource editor? I've tried with 3 different ones and each time I get a "is not a vaild win32 app" or can not run script/exe error. Maybe I missed something simple. I just want to add/edit/embed a image into the exe.

You cannot update the EXE resources when you have used the UPX option of aut2exe.

The Ico can be changed with AUT2EXE and doesn't requier anything else.

When you also want to update other resource info you download Reshacker and use either AutoIt3Wrapper that comes with SciTE4AutoIt3 to do it for yourself.
