sshrum Posted June 1, 2007 Share Posted June 1, 2007 (edited) Does anyone know how one is to get the Windows Media Player user ratings out of a MP3/WMA file when the option to store the rating in the file is enabled? I don't know the tag name that WMP uses to store ratings. Any help would be great. TIA [EDIT] - I d/l'ed a tag editor and found that it is generating a rating under "Windows Media Player 9 Series" and is on a scale from 1 - 255 (255 = 5 stars, 196 = 4 stars, etc). I still don't know how to retrieve/edit this info so any help would be great.
