How do you highlight a text in a screen, so that it can be copied to the clipboard or to a variable? Is there any UDF for this? The Text is always in the same part of the screen. Also, if anyone can tell me how to get the x & y coordinate of the text location, which I think is the way to get the text highlighted in the first place. :)

Use AutoIt Window Info tool - it comes in the AutoIt install package. This will show you the coordinates.

About highliting text? I don't know that - sorry.
