The value is 24-bit binary, assembled from 8-bits each of R, G, and B. Each byte is represented by two hex digits (not decimal). So a full-red pixel = 0xFF0000 (16711680 decimal), full-green = 0x00FF00 (65280 decimal), and full-blue = 0x0000FF (255 decimal).

In many places when AutoIt presents a number a string, it is converted to decimal for the human audience, but should be thought of as hex for programatic stuff.

:)
