help with language

i have a problem with my script

im using 2 languages in my windows OS - english and hebrew

i used the comand send , to enter a web site when i open the RUN.

the problem is when my language set on Hebrew , the send command is jebrish

exp.

if i want to enter google

send("www.google.com")

if my OS language set on hebrew at the time i started the script i will get jebrish and my script will jam.

how can i make my script to write in english no matter what my language set on?
