Unfortunately not, to quote the helpfile:

A checksum only allows you to see if "something" has changed in a region - it does not tell you exactly what has changed.

To better explain... if it's not visible (i.e. minimized) then PixelCheckSum can't 'see' it to do anything with it. You would have to read the information from memory somehow ... and no I don't know how to do that.

I have actully already looked at memory reading, but at this time its a tad to complicated for me. But will defently give it ago again, in the future. Meanwhile i'll have to figure another way around.
