TCPLISTEN() under XP can be called with a blank IPAddr which resolves back to the localhost. If this same call is made under Vista, the function returns -1.

Is this a bug (or a feature)?

The help file does not indicate that the IPAddr can be defined as blank (although that would make sense: blank = localhost or 127.0.0.1)
