Simple TAB question

8 posts in this topic

Hi,

I just want to know how to change the default "gray" tab color to yellow or something. I do GUICtrlSetBkColor, but that's only for background and not the tab itself. Anyone know how to do it?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Thanx for the reply. It looks nice but that's not what I want to get into just yet. I just want to change the default gray looking tab into some other colors. I've browsed through Xkin's work, but none of which really changes the tab color, only the background color.

If you look here: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=32494, you can see that all the tabs are white/grayish. I want it to be a different color, is that possible?

Thanks.

havent checked for this but GUICtrlSetTabColor() maybe?

Always have your help file with you!

No. A command like that does not exist.

There is some _GUICtrlTab* commands but none of them can change the colour of the tab.

From the help file:

GUICtrlSetBkColor

"Only Button, Label, Checkbox, Group, Radio, Edit, Input, List, Listview, ListviewItem, Treeview, TreeviewItem, Graphic, Progress and Slider controls can currently be colored."

GUICtrlSetColor

"Only Button, Label, Checkbox, Group, Radio, Edit, Input, List, Listview, ListviewItem, Treeview, TreeviewItem, Graphic and Progress controls can currently be colored."

Your best bet, however, is Valuater's XSkin UDF
