Question about blank field

Ok, basically what I am trying to do is make multiple inputs, where it cycles through. However if someone only enters say 2 out of 10 it will loop back to start after the 2nd, and after the 10th if they enter all 10. Like a check if input is blank loop back now, if not continue. I'm really lost here and it seems so simple! thanks.
